Associate, HVAC & BMS

• Operation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of Air handling unit.
• Responsible to operate the HVAC system.
• Responsible to maintain the critical spares inventory for HVAC system.
• Responsible to update and maintain all HVAC system records as per SOP
• Responsible to carry out all work as per cGMP and GEP.
• Responsible to carry out preventive maintenance as per PM checklist and SOP.
• Responsible to maintain the HVAC operation parameters within range as per SOP
• Responsible to keep the HVAC system area neat and clean.
• Responsible for filter cleaning as per defined SOP.
• Record the daily parameter in daily logbooks.
• Carryout the preventive maintenance of all above-mentioned systems as per procedure.
• Attend the breakdown on immediate basis in all above-mentioned systems as per breakdown maintenance procedure.

Compliance with cGMP, GEP & Documentation:

• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Engineering Practices (GEP), and standard safety protocols.
• Ensure that all engineering documentation are implemented as per GDP SOPS.
• Ensure compliance to all scheduled activities and record it.

Safety & Housekeeping:

• Adhere strictly to site safety policies and use proper PPE during all maintenance activities.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety risks associated with HVAC equipment and maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in maintenance areas and around equipment.

Project Management:

• Project execution activity related to HVAC system.
• Co-ordination with vendor for quick and smooth execution.

Spare Parts & Inventory Management:

• Identify and maintain critical spare parts inventory for essential equipment.
• Raise indent for spares and consumables as required and maintain it.
• Optimize spare usage and control maintenance costs without compromising reliability.

Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and energy savings across utilities and equipment.
• Support initiatives related to equipment performance enhancement, downtime reduction, and documentation improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, EHS, and Validation for smooth operations.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
• Support training and mentoring of technicians and junior maintenance staff.

Experience: 5 to 6 years
Education: ITI + Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument)
