Who we are:
We are a start-up based out of Bengaluru & Delhi NCR. We are engaged in development of next generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces. It is undertaking research towards enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. NRT’s product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To ensure compliance in Book keeping, Payroll, TDS, GST, Remittances, other accounting requirements.- To better organize the Financial Accounting process.
- To analyze accounting, business and market data for creating business intelligence for the company.
- Ensuring timely accounting of company’s expenses and receipts on a monthly basis.
- Verification of Vendor bills and its payments after necessary deductions.
- Preparation and finalization of revenue invoices, PO
- Computation and payment of Payroll, TDS, GST, Professional Tax etc.
- Filing of TDS returns and GST returns.
- Coordination with Auditors/CA during Annual/Transfer Pricing Audits.
- Documentation and filing of bills and other finance related documents.
- Financial reporting to Senior Management (need good excel skills)
- Expense management and Inventory control
- Banking relationship management and reconciliations
- Export Import Remittances management
- Accounting Policy creation and implementation
Must have skills:
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.- Good accounting skills and Taxation Skills.
- Good command on MS Excel and MS Word. Should be able to prepare reports and maintain MIS.
- Knowledge of TDS, Service Tax, PF, ESI, Payroll.
- Good working knowledge of Accounting softwares Tally, Quickbooks, etc.
- Knowledge of Export/Import accounting and customs
Basic Requirement (education & relevant experience):
B.Com, CA, MBA-Finance- Around 3-5 years’ experience in related profile
