Associate Implementation Project Manager

HALO is looking for an Associate Implementation Project Manager responsible for the support of HALO Program Implementations. Projects include operational account setup, documentation, task tracking and other tech-related onboarding projects. This role will be responsible for utilizing internal and external resources to ensure the successful implementation, maintenance, and financial success of each project.

Responsibilities

• Asset and document management related to new Implementations
• Web tickets for new quick-turn projects
• Draft overall scope and schedule of new Implementations in collaboration with Manager
• Collaboration with internal teams on deliverables
• Clear, concise communication
• Relationship owner with client stakeholder
• Coordinate assets and product information from end users and cross functional teams
• Identifies and creates process documentation for internal teams and end users
• Organize, execute and recap internal meetings and client conversations to set action items and future deliverables

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s degree preferred or combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Positive, professional attitude and pleasant personality in all situations
• Discipline to work productively under minimal direct supervision
• Courage to take initiative, share ideas and suggest improvements
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions
• Analytical thinking to comprehend and utilize business reports
• Flexibility to work with a team and take on new responsibilities
• Basic systems knowledge (Confluence, Smartsheet, JIRA a plus)

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $45,000 - $55,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
