Associate - Industrials Private Equity

Madison Hunt is partnered with a global middle-market private equity platform with ~$20B of assets under management to support the hiring of an Associate / Senior Associate for one of it's New York City–based investment teams.

This team is an impact-focused private equity strategy centered on industrial, business services, and infrastructure-adjacent businesses. The role offers private equity execution with full-cycle deal exposure, while investing in companies aligned with sustainability, resource efficiency, and operational improvement themes.

The Associate / Senior Associate will work closely with senior investors in a lean, high-responsibility environment and be actively involved across sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio support.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience
• Preference for backgrounds in industrials, business services, energy-adjacent, or infrastructure-related sectors
• Strong financial modeling and diligence capabilities
• Comfortable operating in a small team with significant ownership
