What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Associate-International Receivables Risk Management join our team at Finance & Enterprise Risk Management Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Manage and prepare shipment documents in conformity with Letter of Credits/Letter of Guarantees,
• Send instructions to related parties (shipping company, inspection company, subsidiaries, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) for providing appropriate documents under Letter of Credits/Letter of Guarantees,
• Manage correspondences with subsidiaries for Transit Shipment documentation process,
• Present documents to the bank/customers under Letter of Credits/Letter of Guarantees on time, following due dates and informing the Accounting Department,
• Control risk and approve orders,
• Assist the team related to Credit Insurance Limit Processes,
• Monitor overdue receivables of insured customers and following payments with Sales Teams,
• Preparation of internal weekly reports and presentations,
• Contribute to the Receivables Risk Management related projects.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
• New graduate or preferably 1-2 years of experience,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills,
• No restriction to travel,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
