Job Description

• Lead execution across investments & advisory mandates.
• Lead elements of deal execution including financial modelling, due diligence coordination, and transaction structuring.
• Build and maintain sector expertise to identify and assess attractive opportunities.
• Prepare investment committee materials and present recommendations.
• Manage workstreams on advisory mandates, including financial analysis, market reviews, and strategic option evaluation.
• Support portfolio management, including performance monitoring and value creation initiatives.
• Guide and mentor analysts on the team.

Qualifications

• 4 5 years of experience in Private Equity, Principal Investments, or M&A.
• Preference for candidates already on the buy side with end to end deal experience.
• Based in the UAE with an established network and understanding of the regional market.
• Strong technical expertise in financial modelling, valuations, and transaction execution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
