Business Development Manager - Investment Management Company

We’re looking for an experienced Investment Setup & Business Development Advisor to support an investment management company with building and structuring an end-to-end investment setup and operational framework.

Responsibilities

• Design the investment setup process from onboarding to execution (workflows, governance, approvals).
• Draft and/or review investment agreements and supporting documentation (term sheets, subscription documents, SPVs where relevant).
• Provide guidance on tax considerations, regulatory positioning, and legal compliance.
• Advise on fund receiving flows: KYC/AML, Source of Funds/Wealth, banking workflows, approvals, and reporting.
• Build a repeatable system/toolkit (playbooks, templates, checklists, process maps) and support business development strategy.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in investment structuring, agreements, compliance, and fund operations.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML and controls for receiving investment funds.
• Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders (legal, tax, banking, operations).
• Able to work as a freelancer/advisor with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Track record of bringing/raising investment in previous roles (please share approximate amount, currency, investor type, and your exact role).

• Location: UAE or Remote (GCC familiarity preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
