Job Summary
Reporting to the operations manager, the architect provides support to business as well as personal assistance that might be required to present commercial bids to clients & contractors.
Job Responsibilities

• Creating plans, designs, and drawings of soft & hard landscape by using computer-aided design programs.
• Responsible for maintaining all office and personal files and office records, with confidentiality.
• Quantifying, estimating, and tendering for landscape works.
• Utilizing 2D AND 3D modelling softwares to create 3D visualizations of potential landscape and hardscape designs to achieve client satisfaction before implementing the design on sites.
• Estimating costs and establishing project budgets.
• Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients/ contractors.
• Manage, organize, and update relevant data and maintain a proper filing system.
• Detailed tender studies for precise quotations.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering and Design.
• Must be able to speak and write Arabic and English.
• Strong personality, self-confident.
• Able to work in stressful situations.
• Must be self motivating, personable, able to handle demanding customers, not intimidated by senior staff, excellent time management, have initiative, systematic approach to dealing with regular activities.
• Expert in using Microsoft Office, Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Sketchup for 3d modelling, Twin motion of 3d rendering.
• Strong organizational skills, details oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
