The firm provides legal advice on commercial and corporate transactions, representation and advocacy before governmental agencies, and counseling and representation in intellectual property matters. Additionally, the firm offers representation in litigation, arbitration, and other dispute settlement proceedings.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located in Riyadh. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks including drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and providing legal advice. The role also involves working closely with clients, attending client meetings, preparing for trials, and collaborating with other team members on various legal matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in drafting legal documents and providing legal advice
• Strong research and litigation skills
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
• Client management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of commercial and corporate law
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Membership in the bar association
