Construction Advisory Disputes Lawyer

We are recruiting for an Associate (minimum of 4 PQE) to join our Construction Advisory Disputes (“CAD”) team in Doha.

Our CAD team in Doha is comprised of first-class construction specialists engaging in complex and high value construction and energy disputes. We are a market leading, dynamic and growing global team who work together with our regional colleagues to produce outstanding results for our clients.

The Doha office has a great history of involvement in large dispute mandates in Qatar, including dispute resolution during the project execution phase, litigation and arbitration.
Our litigation team are experienced in each of the Qatari court circuits and represent contractors on major complex infrastructure and energy disputes.
WHAT WE NEED:
We’re looking for an Associate with litigation and arbitration experience (minimum of 4 PQE), and with significant experience in construction disputes and project counsel advice. For this role Arabic is not required.
As well as excellent technical skills, we need an individual who is commercially aware, has a strong team ethic and with a strong client focused approach. There are also huge opportunities for personal and professional development for applicants who also have an enthusiasm for business development.
