Required a Quantity Surveyor Position

"Full-Time"

A civil engineer required to be hired as a quantity surveyor and tendering for all kind of constructions work, starring from excavation to fully finishing where that including 3D design and all types of decorations, for residential villa projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and specifications.

Tendering projects and cost control of the projects

Preparing actual cost for the project

Preparing technical and financial reports for projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

At least 3-5 years of experience in surveying and tendering in Qatar.

Proficiency in AutoCAD software.

Good knowledge of specifications and contracts.

have analytical skills and preparation of technical and financial proposals and tendering.

Valid residency required.
