Associate Lawyer

About Us:

Jaywant Group is a leading real estate company specializing in Industrial Plotting and Warehosuing development projects. We are committed to delivering excellence, transparency, and trust in all our property transactions. To support our growing operations, we are seeking an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents (sale deeds, lease agreements, joint development agreements, etc.)
• Conduct due diligence on property titles, ownership, and encumbrances.
• Handle property registrations, approvals, and compliance with local, state, and central real estate laws.
• Advise management on legal risks, obligations, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities, RERA offices, and legal consultants.
• Manage disputes, litigations, and coordinate with external counsels when required.
• Stay updated on amendments to RERA, land acquisition laws, tenancy acts, and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M).
• Minimum [X] years of experience in real estate or property law.
• Strong knowledge of RERA, land acquisition, registration, and local property laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with real estate developers, construction firms, or law firms specializing in property law.
• Familiarity with title search and documentation for large-scale projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
