Associate Lawyer

Yalvac Hukuk is a boutique law firm located in Ankara, Turkey, specializing in corporate law, startup law, contract law, corporate tax, competition law, intellectual property, startups, litigation, and foreign law. We are seeking an associate lawyer to join our growing team and provide high-quality legal advice to our national and international clients.

We are looking for a junor to mid level associate.

As an associate lawyer, you will be responsible for:

• Providing legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of legal matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and advising on corporate governance matters.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on various issues related to commercial and corporate law.
• Assisting with dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Managing client relationships and communicating with clients on a regular basis.
• Working collaboratively with our team of experienced lawyers to ensure that the firm's clients receive the best possible legal advice and representation.
• LL.M. degree is a plus.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A degree in law from a reputable university.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate law, contract law, KVKK or a related field preferably in a corporate law firm.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• A client-focused approach and the ability to work effectively with clients from different jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Turkish (both written and spoken). Minimum 7.0 IELTS or equivalent level of English is a big plus for this role.
