Associate Lead - Applications (AP4)

Delivery Skills required are :

Lead development of enterprise D365 CRM solutions and Power Apps workflows.

Design and implement complex customizations using C#/.NET and front-end technologies.

Oversee SharePoint Online integration and ensure seamless data flow.

Lead API integrations with REST, Web Services, and Microservices.

Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to enforce best practices.

Optimize CRM performance, workflows, and automation processes.

Maintain comprehensive documentation and deployment guides.

Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent understanding of software design patterns and programming principles.

• Should have Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills along with Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

• Perform thorough analysis and generate root-cause-analysis for any production issue

• Provide necessary fixes and test the fixes to ensure no defect leakage.

• Adherence to project processes and ensure SLA compliance.

• Understanding of D365 Setup or Deployment in different environments
