• Take ownership of upgrading technologies related to data/analytics and support Associate Data Analyst and Data Analyst on functional and technical needs.
• Participates in peer reviews of required project artifacts and does effective & efficient project management.
• Closely engage with cross-functional stakeholders as part of Data Business Partner role.
• Have right attitude towards proactive approach, learning & development and aptitude for defect free deliveries and process adherence.

• Experience with programming languages like Python, SQL. Hands-on experience knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, Statistical Modelling and working familiarity with GenAI-based tools and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, Qlik etc.)
• Excellent working knowledge of analytical techniques, big data, and experience in deploying broad and complex analytical solutions.
• Data quality analysis and preparation of disparate data sets from contemporary channels and avenues of customer interaction (e.g. cloud based/mobile solutions/social media/web logs along with the traditional data sources like CRM and Marketing automation) to carry out required analytics.
• Excellent cross-group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions.
• Ability to communicate results of advanced analytical solutions in clear business terms.
• Passionate, intellectually curious with high level of team spirit & integrity, self-motivated, attention to detail and must constantly look for ways to improve operational efficiency.
• Good knowledge on databases and data warehouse structure and ability to work within any modern big data environment.

Data Management:

• Responsible to strictly follow the defined data governance guidelines and address the business needs by working with cross-functional teams.
• Responsible for defining data quality standards.
• Must have extremely high attention to details to ensure zero error.
• Able to take necessary actions to clean data regularly and work towards zero effort for data cleaning.
• Responsible for archiving and managing data for future recall.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining data formats.
• Responsible for implementing various data techniques/ algorithms to achieve desired results.

Business Intelligence & Analytics:

• Responsible for data-mine, leading to descriptive analysis, and recommend solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.
• Independently creates periodic reports and dashboards for projects and disseminate timely information to all the relevant stakeholders.
• Understands organization/project goals and rigorously collates primary/secondary data.

Tools & Programming:

• Working knowledge of key critical features and functionalities of the tools like Query language (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB) to extract data and advanced excel.

Data Engineering:

• Able to design, build, integrate data from various resources, and manage big data.
• Able to write complex queries on that, make sure it is easily accessible, works smoothly.

Diagnostic Analyses/Problem Solving:

• Proactively works towards identifying potential issues or causes of failure through studies and research.
• Responsible to deliver zero-defect reports and analysis to all the stakeholders.
