Inviting applications for the role of Associate, Logistics!
In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods. This position requires precision, proactive coordination, and adherence to operational standards. You will work closely with transport partners, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain efficiency and accuracy across all logistics processes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule shipments, coordinate loading, and monitor real-time tracking.
- Prepare and validate dispatch documentation (LR, e-way bill, gate pass, etc.) with 100% accuracy.
- Ensure complete data integrity in ERP/TMS systems.
- Collaborate with transporters and warehouse teams to guarantee on-time dispatch.
- Track deliveries, identify risks, and escalate delays promptly.
- Generate daily operational reports and maintain MIS trackers.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline OR diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
- Basic knowledge of logistics operations and transportation workflows.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and entry-level ERP/TMS usage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume environments.
