We’re looking for a people-focused leader to drive performance, sales, motivation, and conversions within

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise counsellors to achieve counselling & conversion targets
• Allocate leads, track performance, and ensure reporting accuracy
• Coach, train, and deliver feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain process adherence and call quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in team management, CRM oversight (LeadSquared), and dialer tools (Ameyo)
• Strong coaching, feedback, and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with focus on outcomes and quality
