Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Position Summary:

We are hiring an Associate Manager to support daily operations and case management across our growing legal team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys structure, values clear communication, and wants to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives through the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage case workflow to support attorney and paralegals
• Monitor deadlines, court dates, and case milestones using CampLegal software
• Conduct intake consultations for new clients
• Ensure files are complete, organized, and updated in real time
• Coordinate communications between clients, government agencies, and legal staff
• Identify and implement improvements in case handling and client communication
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Assist with document review, scheduling, and court preparation as needed
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in an office setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Proficiency with client relationship management (CRM) software preferred
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and general office technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Leadership mindset with a strong sense of accountability
