About the Role
The Associate Associate Manager - Programmatic will be responsible for implementing and supervising digital media activities for assigned brands. The role involves managing day-to-day client servicing, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective execution of digital campaigns.
As a representative of the organization, the role holder will contribute to overall brand management by conceptualizing and executing digital strategies that deliver value to clients
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns across multiple channels (desktop, mobile, video) using
DV360
, Amazon DSP, CM360, Google Analytics and MMPs.

Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, trafficking, QA, delivery, optimization, troubleshooting, and post-campaign analysis.

Compile and deliver daily pacing, weekly/monthly performance, and post-campaign reporting—using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio—for actionable insights.

Provide strategic recommendations—goals, KPIs, targeting, creative refreshes—to internal teams, aligning tactics with media objectives.

Traffic all assets into DV360 (or other DSPs), ensure proper audience segmentation, and activate campaigns before deadlines.

Stay current on programmatic ecosystem trends, platforms (including DV360), and ad-tech tools; liaise with vendors to maintain accurate billing documentation.
🛠Technical Skills & Tools

DV360 (core), plus familiarity with Amazon DSP, CM360, Google Analytics and MMPs.

Strong media planning, campaign setup, optimization, trafficking, and QA expertise.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, and presentation tools.

Familiarity with third-party tracking, billing systems, and campaign analytics platforms.
Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Media, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field

Certification in Digital Marketing / SEO / SEM / Programmatic

4-5 years of experience in a digital, social, advertising, or media agency
