Role Purpose
The role is responsible for overseeing and managing Emiratization processes across the business, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and the effective administration of related benefits. This includes monitoring employment metrics, maintaining accurate documentation, managing labor card and pension processes, and working closely with government authorities and Human Capital teams to proactively address and resolve Emiratization-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Ensure compliance with Tawteen regulations by tracking employment metrics and maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.

Prepare and share regular reports on Emiratization targets, pension contributions, and daily Tawteen updates.

Manage labor card and pension processes for Emirati employees, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant pension contributions.

Maintain accurate records of labor card expiry dates and employee data, ensuring data integrity across WPS and Majid Al Futtaim internal systems.

Monitor Average Handling Time (AHT) for assigned applications to ensure operational efficiency and avoid potential government penalties.

Attend MOHRE, Nafis, and other relevant government workshops to stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices.

Act as the primary liaison with government entities during audits and inspections, resolving fines, contribution discrepancies, and compliance issues with minimal business impact across all operating companies.

Establish clear priorities and manage timelines to achieve Emiratization targets by conducting regular weekly meetings with People & Organization teams across Operating Companies, addressing hiring, labor cancellations, and Tawteen-related challenges.

Extract, prepare, and share employee pension payment data with People & Organization teams, collaborating closely with People & Organization Finance team to ensure accurate processing and submission of pension requirements.
