Associate Manager

Position – Associate Manager – Consulting (PCM)


Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead the development of large-scale, complex digital marketing proposals. This high-impact role involves directly engaging with CXO-level stakeholders to understand their business priorities and aligning digital marketing strategies to address their needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong consultative mindset, exceptional storytelling capabilities, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive data-led, outcome-focused solutions


Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Proposals: Drive the development of high-impact, complex proposals for digital marketing solutions, ensuring they are strategically aligned with client business goals and tailored to specific needs.

• Executive Engagement: Interface directly with CXO-level stakeholders to uncover key business challenges, shape strategic conversations, and influence decision-making through insight-driven storytelling and presentations.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, domain experts, and external partners to design integrated, client-centric digital solutions. Lead cross-functional teams throughout the solutioning and proposal lifecycle.

• Insight-Driven Strategy: Translate business problems into actionable insights using data analysis, industry research, and hypothesis-driven thinking. Clearly articulate the business value and expected impact of proposed solutions.

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full pursuit lifecycle—from opportunity identification and strategy development to proposal creation and execution—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

• Consultative Solutioning: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and showcasing iQuanti’s capabilities in addressing complex challenges.

• Agility and Execution: Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with speed and precision. Develop and deploy innovative, scalable solutions in response to evolving market and client needs.

• Strategic Account Alignment: Partner closely with account teams to ensure proposed solutions support broader account strategies, while also contributing to deal structuring and closing efforts.

• Market and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities and shape future-facing solutions and proposals.

• Coaching and Collaboration: Mentor junior team members on solution design, storytelling, and consultative selling best practices. Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes learning and continuous improvement.


Desired Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Ads-Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Pmax and Meta Ads
  • Experience in campaign management, optimization and insight generation
  • Experience in campaign/account audits to identify efficiency opportunities
  • Critical thinking skills to connect insights into strategy and client goals
  • Experience in storyboarding and creating compelling decks in PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel
