Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Manager – Client Servicing (Account Management) to join our dentsu Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client servicing, with a heavy focus on digital campaigns, and the ability to manage day-to-day client requirements. You will act as the bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery of all communication projects.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables.
Build strong client relationships by understanding their brand and business needs.
Handle approvals, timelines, feedback, and status updates efficiently.
Manage end-to-end integrated campaigns with a strong digital focus.
Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality output.
Share campaign calendars, trackers, and performance updates.
Ensure all work meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Work with creative teams on briefs and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Collaborate with media and tech teams for integrated rollouts.
Keep stakeholders aligned on timelines and priorities.
Manage project documentation, timelines, and WIP reports.
Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency.
Assist in preparing presentations, pitches, and post-campaign reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in account management or client servicing within an advertising, digital, or integrated agency.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media ecosystems, and digital-first campaign planning.
Hands-on exposure to Digital campaigns along with ATL executions.
Strong understanding of the creative development and production process.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
