Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's current account products in Haryana
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and target segments
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the bank
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products and services
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to develop effective sales strategies
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance to the management team
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of current account products and services is a plus
• Familiarity with the Haryana market is preferred
