Responsibilities
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in the execution of sales strategies and initiatives, providing administrative and logistical support.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Understands the concept of ‘value proposition’ by understanding business goal of the Company, develop business initiatives to form symbiotic relationship with the advertisers. Should have hands-on expertise of dealing with advertising agencies who form a critical component of the advertising business landscape. Develop relationship with large adverting agencies and has the persona to be able to strike friendly and high trust relationships in national and regional markets.
Client Communication
Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries, provide support, and follow up on outstanding proposals.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Data Management And Reporting
Track and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.
Assist in generating sales reports and forecasts for management review, highlighting key insights and trends.
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
Analyse competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
Collaboration And Team Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to support the overall sales process and ensure alignment on objectives.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on strategy and performance.
Qualifications
Experience:

With 5 to 10 years of experience, a candidate would likely be sought for a senior management position, such as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager.
Key Experience Includes
Updated understanding of competitive landscape and Information about their existing customers

Skills to use sales software like CRMS prospecting tools, and more.

Interpersonal skills

Hands on with various MS office tools (Excel, Power point & Word)

Understanding of DOOH and pDOOH and ability to keep pace with the AdTech development in DOOH space
