Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Preferably a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification from a reputed university.
Required Skill Set:
• Leadership, motivational and team-building, interpersonal, management, and communication skills;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills;
• Ability to work under pressure, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking operations, and other banking policies and procedures;
• Well-versed in MS Office;
Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying and analysing new alliances, onboarding them, and managing both established business customers and prospective new clients.
• Work closely with vendors/partners to improve the quality of discount alliances;
• Keep a competitive scan of offers and services provided by competitor banks;
• Provide analysis reports to the Manager of Alliances/management regarding campaigns and alliances;
• Perform a variety of routine daily tasks, review reports, prepare correspondence, and participate in special department projects;
• Liaise internally to cross-sell/upsell the bank’s digital solutions;
• Keep a close liaison with existing clients and provide unparalleled customer service;
• Any other tasks assigned by line management as needed;
• Monitor, review, and follow up on all routine matters related to Alliances;
• Draft correspondence, write notes for the record, and follow up on agreements and decisions;
• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the Alliance Strategy by researching and analysing strategic information and data;
• Maintain up-to-date information on corporate alliances, market trends, internal trends, and best practices;
• Assist in preparing briefing and presentation materials;
• Select and compile training and orientation materials;
• Review MOUs and other standard agreements for completeness and accuracy;
• Demonstrate an awareness of changes in organizational strategy that impact your own work area;
• Any other tasks assigned by line management as needed.
Location: Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi.
Experience: Minimum 02-03 years of relevant banking experience.
