Associate Manager, Brand Standards
We are searching for an Associate Manager of Brand Standards to be the ultimate brand protector for our Merry Maids brand— making sure that what we promise to customers is what we actually deliver. In this role you will manage the day-to-day execution of our brand compliance programs, support the development of operational standards, and partner with the franchise network to drive adoption, engagement, and accountability.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every Merry Maids location lives up to our standards, and you’ll work closely with the Director of Brand Standards and Enablement to evolve how we define, measure, and support operational excellence across the system.
What you will do:
-
Own the Brand Standards Program:
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of brand standard processes through audits and field visits. Ensure all brand standards are documented clearly and implement a governance schedule to ensure documented standards remain up to date.
- Drive Franchise Engagement:
Build strong relationships with franchisees, particularly councils focused on relevant initiatives to encourage adoption, participation, and enthusiasm for brand standards and compliance efforts. -
Manage Key Systems & Tools:
Oversee our brand compliance and auditing platforms — partnering with vendors, troubleshooting issues, and driving system-wide usage.
- Testing and Identifying Solutions: Serves as the primary point of contact for all new product and process testing, ensuring the end to end testing process includes scope, timelines, objectives, deliverables, test strategy, environment and test data in final proposed solutions.
- Analyze & Report:
Track brand standards performance, surface trends and opportunities, and collaborate with your Director to turn insights into action. -
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work cross-functionally with operations, training, and supply to ensure alignment and consistency across all brand touchpoints. -
Industry knowledge:
Stay on top of industry trends, proactively suggesting improvements and best practices based on up-to-date knowledge.
What You Bring:
-
2–4 years of experience in franchise operations, brand compliance, or field support roles.
-
Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships at all levels.
-
Project management experience preferred, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for following (and improving!) processes.
-
Tech-savvy, with experience using compliance, auditing, or operational systems.
-
Proactive, organized, and excited by a fast-paced, franchise-driven environment.
-
Comfort with travel (up to 30%) to support field visits and brand initiatives.
-
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field preferred.
