Their chances of attending college or building a career are significantly lower than their high-income peers, condemning them to a life without voice or choice. iTeach was born in 2015 to challenge this status quo and create a level playing field for ALL children.

Responsibilities
The Associate Manager - Building Talent and Outreach is central to positioning iTeach as one of the best places to work in education—and to ensuring that top talent sees us, trusts us, and chooses us. You will build meaningful partnerships, design immersive experiences for potential candidates, and tell the iTeach story in a way that inspires high-quality educators and leaders to join our mission. This role blends relationship-building, program design and execution, and strategic outreach.
Building Programs (50%)

Design immersive experiences for college students, alumni, and early-career educators that spark interest in iTeach as the preferred place to begin their careers.

Create and run early-exposure events, open houses, micro-internships, bootcamps, or shadowing opportunities for high-potential candidates.

Design and execute short-term programs to cultivate different pools into potential staff at iTeach.

Collaborate with school teams to offer authentic, high-impact immersion moments.

Track participation, experience feedback, and conversion outcomes to improve program design.
Building Partnerships (50%)

Co-design and execute strategies to significantly increase iTeach’s visibility among high-potential educators and leaders in the education reform ecosystem.

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with institutions, networks, and organizations that develop talent aligned with our mission.

Create opportunities to immerse partner organizations into iTeach’s model through school visits, conversations with leadership, and curated engagements.

Track and assess partnership effectiveness to refine outreach strategy.
Prerequisites

Required: 3+ Years of relevant work experience.

Preferred: Experience in leading campaigns or driving partnerships.

Preferred: Work experience in the development space.
Compensation and Benefits: We take pride in offering competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the candidate's education and work experience. The salary range for this position ranges from 7.2 - 8.46 LPA CTC, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits.
