Associate Manager - Business Development

1. Acting as the sole point of contact in building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/agents
2. Educating agents about activitybeds and managing 40-60 business accounts
3. Working in close interface with the finance, product, and marketing teams to build better processes, products, and reach, respectively
4. Ensuring healthy retention of agents while growing the volume of agent's business
5. Ensuring customer delight while managing agents' grievances related to payments, services, products, etc.
6. Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors

7. Onboarding new customers for new Business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
