Associate Manager - Business Intelligence

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for management and operational insights.
• Build robust data models, perform ETL operations, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytical and visual solutions.
• Develop and enhance Oracle APEX applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing data sources and ERP modules.
• Provide technical and post-implementation support for BI, ERP, and APEX applications.
• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging BI, analytics, and ERP technologies to enhance reporting and decision-making capabilities.

Competencies:

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX development and integration with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of database design, SQL, PL/SQL, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Oracle BI or other analytical tools will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Data Science.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or Dashboard Development.
• Certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, or Oracle tools will be a plus.
