Our team — Business Leads and Creative Operations — creates the conditions for great work: ensuring every project is strategically grounded, operationally sound, on-brand, and creatively excellent. We're embedded partners to Marketing, shaping how creativity connects to marketing strategy, amplifies impact, and drives growth across the business.
The Associate Manager, Business Lead role plays a mission-critical role at DoorDash, operating as a strategic integrator at the center of Brand & Creative. This role is where business strategy, brand thinking, creative execution, and cross-functional alignment converge. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Business Lead on Ads, you will serve as a partner to Integrated Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Creative, ensuring our campaigns are audience-first, business-aligned, and built to deliver results.
