Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of debit card products, including scoping, designing, solutioning, and launching card products.

Support the introduction of new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs

Introduction of new card features from development to rollout phases
-
Responsible for accomplishing deliverables/milestones as per budget or project plan

Execution of marketing activities related to debit card product
-
Manage debit card profitability
-
Assist in obtaining approvals for new products/features through the approving hierarchy
-
Review of processes and policies in line with product enhancements and audit observations.

Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders

Analysis of debit card portfolio through different reports/mediums and make strategical decision to improve business

Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing card product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes

Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

To ensure that all team members are motivated and understand the mission, vision and values of the bank.

Any other assignment assigned by the higher management as and when required.

Qualification:
Master’s Degree from a reputed university preferably MBA in Marketing, Banking & Finance.
Experience Required:
Preferably 5 years plus experience in relevant field.
