As an associate manager of data analysis on our Direct Acquisition Experience team, you'll help shape the digital experiences millions of customers have when quoting and buying auto insurance. You'll explore new ideas and capabilities that improve the direct customer journey, partnering with business and information technology teams to identify opportunities, evaluate solutions, and deliver growth‑driving results. Leading a team of three to four analysts, you'll use data, technology, and split testing to measure performance, refine customer interactions, and drive meaningful business impact across a high‑volume quoting funnel where more than 91 million auto quotes begin each year.

This is a remote position requiring occasional travel for meetings and/or training.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years analytical work experience.

Preferred skills

  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage effectively and efficiently across multiple complex workstreams and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with many of the following: SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, GitHub.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing or other statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Experience with coaching, mentoring, and developing analytical talent.

Compensation

  • $98,400 - $131,200/ year.
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
