Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager / Deputy Manager – B2B Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of client acquisition, lead conversion, deal closure, and relationship management. This position plays a critical role in expanding our B2B customer base and driving sustainable growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new B2B clients by effectively pitching FuelBuddy’s services and converting leads into long-term business relationships.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, understand competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue targets and achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to deal closure and post-sale coordination.
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client onboarding.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize business development efforts.
- Forecast sales projections and contribute to the strategic planning of business expansion.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in B2B / Industrial / Enterprise sales (Fuel, Logistics, Lubricants, Construction, Travels, Healthcare, Automotive, or related sectors preferred).
- Proven track record in lead generation, client conversion, and deal closure.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must own a personal vehicle for client visits and travel.
- Must possess a personal laptop for work-related activities.
