Key Responsibilities:
- Should be familiar with tool administration, design, configuration, developing Dashboards, automation and managing daily operations.
- Monitoring Tool Deployment, Administration, Configuration and Troubleshooting
- Assist with the design of system architecture for new or existing complex computer systems.
- Integration of 3rd party element managers with APIs (application programming interfaces)
- Assist with the design of subsystems and integration of the total system.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
- Develop and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintaining and Configuring Rules Fand Managing Alerts etc.
- Performance tuning of application and finding automation methods
- Assist with trade studies, to determine system (hardware, software, architecture) improvements.
- Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, test plans, and contract deliverable items.
- Able to install, configure and administer SolarWinds components, including Network Performance Monitor (NPM), NCM (Network Configuration Manager) and NTA (Network Traffic Analyzer)
- Should have expertise in SolarWinds tool implementation, migration, and administration on (NPM, NCM (Network Configuration Manager), NTA, WPM (Web Performance Monitor), VNQM (VoIP and Network Quality Manager) SAAS (Software as a Service) Product
- Experience configuring monitors using SNMP, SSH (Secure Shell), WinRM (Windows Remote Management), WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation), JMX and other technologies.
- Experience configuring collection of Syslog messages from various devices and storing and forwarding as required by local policies.
- Provide expertise to define, monitor, and report on SLAs (service level agreements)
- Provide expertise to detect and verify performance issues and determine the scope of the performance issue
- Experience in developing and creating of dashboards
- Ability to provide consultation for new projects, functionalities
