As an Associate Manager, Integrated Brand Marketing, you’ll assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness of IHG Hotels & Resorts and an assigned portfolio of brands.
Your day to day

Assist in the development and execution of 360 integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Manage project timeline from start to finish ensuring timely delivery of assets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated marketing plans, including Omni-Channel Marketing, Paid Media, Creative Services, PR, Social, Brand Strategy, and Analytics.

Work with cross-functional teams, agencies and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

Support Marketing Manager(s) and Senior Manager(s) with campaigns including but not limited to project timelines, scheduling meetings, and presentation materials.
What we need from you

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

2 to 4 years of progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in disciplines/processes related to the position, including brand marketing or campaign management.

Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.

Effective organizational and time management skills.

Team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on problem solving.
Location – Atlanta, Georgia; Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $46,226.00 to $70,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
