Kroll is seeking an Associate Manager to join our growing team. This is a mid-level supervisory position with potential for growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive critical thinker. Candidate must be detail oriented, work at a good pace, be able to work independently and willing to work long hours (as necessary). Utilizes subject matter expertise to identify and perform quality assurance reviews and generate reports summarizing results.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Lead various ad-hoc projects or initiatives by gathering project requirements, working with Senior Consultant(s) and Director(s) to identify appropriate resource needs and track overall project progress through to timely completion.
Prepare and review SOPs on make-shift or stopgap basis for ongoing & ad-hoc projects by leading training sessions for the team.
Review and interpret complex claims documents by conducting quality checks to identify discrepancies or data deficiencies.
Prepare effort estimation to provide information on project delivery timelines and communicate to respective project teams based on the task inputs.
Work closely with the Jr. Analyst / Analysts on various inter-departmental tasks.
Daily / Monthly reporting of key operational metrics and participate in the reviews
Review work allocations to ensure appropriate cases are prioritize on daily basis.
Identity process improvements to be more efficient and communicate daily project status to all teams.
Identify and escalate operational challenges using defined processes and judgment.
Essential traits:
Bachelor’s Degree is a must
6+ years of operations experience with supervising teams, including analyzing the work product of less experienced staff and providing advanced training for direct and indirect reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor
Intermediate / Advance MS office skills. Power BI will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
