Associate Manager - Land Legal

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all land-related legal issues and projects within the organization.
• Conduct thorough research on land laws, regulations, and policies relevant to Thermal Projects.
• Negotiate and draft land agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and government authorities on land matters.
• Provide legal guidance and support to internal teams on land acquisition and leasing.
• Ensure compliance with land laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
• Participate in land dispute resolution and represent the organization in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on land legal matters.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in land legislation affecting the organization.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of land legal strategies to support business objectives.
  
  

Qualifications

8-15 years of experience in Land Legal roles, preferably in the Thermal Projects industry
