Associate Manager Loyalty Products - Digital Banking Group

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall loyalty program strategy, including program design, implementation, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Support the analysis of market trends and customer feedback to inform loyalty program features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance against KPIs, making strategic recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns related to loyalty initiatives to maximize customer participation and satisfaction.
  • Ensure the program aligns with overall business objectives and enhances profitability.
  • Obtain necessary approvals for program changes or enhancements through the appropriate governance structure.
  • Review and optimize processes and policies related to the loyalty program in line with regulatory requirements and audit findings.
  • Conduct pricing analysis for loyalty program offerings, utilizing market research data and customer insights.
  • Assess competitive loyalty programs to ensure our offering remains innovative and appealing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends by attending workshops, engaging in professional networks, and participating in industry conferences.
  • Foster a motivated team environment where all members understand and align with the bank’s mission, vision, and values.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by senior management as needed.



Required Skill Set:

  • Strong product development and project management skills.
  • Leadership and team-building abilities, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative environment.
  • Knowledge of customer loyalty strategies and industry best practices.
  • Ability to conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Qualification:

Master’s Degree from a reputed university preferably MBA in Marketing, Banking & Finance.


Experience Required:

Preferably 5 years plus experience in relevant field.
