Job Responsibilities:

Manage the overall loyalty program strategy, including program design, implementation, and ongoing enhancements.

Support the analysis of market trends and customer feedback to inform loyalty program features and benefits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new initiatives that enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Monitor and evaluate program performance against KPIs, making strategic recommendations for improvements.

Assist in executing marketing campaigns related to loyalty initiatives to maximize customer participation and satisfaction.

Ensure the program aligns with overall business objectives and enhances profitability.

Obtain necessary approvals for program changes or enhancements through the appropriate governance structure.

Review and optimize processes and policies related to the loyalty program in line with regulatory requirements and audit findings.

Conduct pricing analysis for loyalty program offerings, utilizing market research data and customer insights.

Assess competitive loyalty programs to ensure our offering remains innovative and appealing.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends by attending workshops, engaging in professional networks, and participating in industry conferences.

Foster a motivated team environment where all members understand and align with the bank’s mission, vision, and values.

Qualification:
Master’s Degree from a reputed university preferably MBA in Marketing, Banking & Finance.
Experience Required:
Preferably 5 years plus experience in relevant field.
