Associate Manager Plant Controlling

Job Summary:

The incumbent will be responsible for product costing ,variance analysis, cost controlling, profitability analysis, cost improvement programs, time and motion studies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developed and control the conversion cost based on activity based drivers
• Analyze and built control on operational expenses
• Conduct cost benefit analysis
• Able to execute time and motion studies
• Budgeting & forecasting of plant, quality operation and R&D area
• Perform product profitability analysis
• Ensure timely financial closing of production plant in SAP, and management reporting

Key Requirements:

• The candidate must have/be:
• a minimum qualification of CMA or ACCA
• a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant work experience
• SAP exposure, deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in Power Query and Power BI
• Experience in Data Science or Data Analysis is a valuable plus, and advance excel and dashboard reporting skills
