Associate Manager-Product Development

We are looking for an Associate Manager - Product to join our on-site team in DHA Phase 2, Karachi for a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

▪-Develop and maintain product road maps, set priorities, and conduct in-depth market research

- Work on PRDs, UATs, and cross-functional collaboration to bring user-centric products to life.

- Dive into user research, data, and market trends to shape the future of digital healthcare.

- Contribute directly to building products that improve healthcare delivery across Pakistan.

-Gather and analyse user feedback, run product testing, and recommend enhancements

-Track key product KPIs, perform post-launch evaluations, and document updates

-Create training materials, maintain comprehensive documentation, and deliver product demos.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

-1–2 years in product management or related roles (healthtech is a plus!).

-Strong command of SQL (must-have) + ability to work with data analysis tools.

-Curiosity, problem-solving ability, and passion for health technology.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
