About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for a Product Marketing specialist who would play a crucial role in bridging the gap between product development and market success. This position is essential for driving product awareness, engagement, and sales through strategic marketing initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product management, sales, and customer support to ensure products meet market needs and achieve business objectives.

What Will You Do in this Role

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance product visibility and drive sales growth.
• Conduct Market Research: Perform thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with Product Management Team: Work closely with the product management team to translate product features into compelling marketing messages.
• Create Marketing Materials: Develop various marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Manage Product Launches: Plan and coordinate product launches and promotional activities to align with the overarching marketing strategy.
• Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize future efforts.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and sales teams to gather feedback and improve product positioning.

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

• BA/BS in Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of marketing or communications experience, with a focus on writing. Experience in the relevant industry of Banking/Fintech is desirable.

• Strong presentation skills, storytelling ability, and a passion for understanding customer problems and experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global product marketing teams and other stakeholders.
• Sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills.
