Associate Manager - Quality and Hygiene | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt

ROLE SUMMARY

The Associate Manager - Quality and Hygiene is responsible for supporting activities to ensure the highest quality of hygiene and food safety in all areas of operations within the store.

ROLE PROFILE

• Support the analysis of quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvements.
• Implement and monitor HACCP, ISO 22000 and local regulatory standards (e.g., NFSA, EOS).
• Maintain all documents related to hygiene procedures to ensure quality.
• Lead internal/external audits and corrective actions.
• Monitor the storage of fresh food according to the set standards and procedures.
• Monitor and report on the segregation, storage and timely removal of all waste.
• Implement training for all food and waste handling staff.Implement the hygiene and food safety awareness/climate in the stores to ensure highest quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s in Veterinary, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in controlling the quality and food safety in Dairy and F&V.
• Experience in Implement and monitor HACCP, ISO 22000 and local regulatory standards
• Good Awareness of managing cold chain logistics.
• Analytical, leadership, crisis management.
