Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Associate Manager to join our dynamic real estate sales team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have strong corporate sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships while achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive end-to-end sales processes for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate and individual client networks.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to close sales effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan and execute sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analyses for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of corporate sales experience (real estate background preferred).
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Malayalam; Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Assets Required: Personal laptop and two-wheeler for client visits.
  • Locality: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala.

Compensation:
