Core Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, set sales goals, and create forecasts to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Team Leadership: Guide, coach, and motivate a sales team to enhance their performance and ensure they meet their individual and collective objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, strong relationships with key business clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their goals.
- Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients through market research, prospecting, and networking to expand the customer base.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring adherence to sales processes and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, areas for improvement, and to assess the team's overall performance.
