Job Summary
The MD Office Associate will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and documentation support to the Managing Director. The role requires strong analytical skills, discretion, and the ability to coordinate across departments, review documents, and support leadership initiatives. Candidates with an Advocate or Engineering background will be preferred due to the nature of legal, technical, and operational coordination involved.
Key Responsibilities
MD Office & Leadership Support
- Act as a key coordination point between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, meetings, priorities, and follow-ups for the MD’s office.
- Track action items arising from MD meetings and ensure timely closure with concerned departments.
Documentation & Review
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing official correspondence, reports, presentations, and notes.
- Review contracts, agreements, legal documents, technical notes, and internal submissions before escalation to the MD.
- Maintain structured document control and records management (physical and digital).
Legal / Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with legal advisors, advocates, consultants, and engineering teams as required.
- Support the MD in handling compliance-related, contractual, and technical matters.
- Assist in tracking statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Interdepartmental Coordination
- Liaise with Engineering, Operations, HR, QA, Finance, and other departments for updates, data, and reports required by the MD.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-through on MD directives.
Confidentiality & Governance
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Ensure professional conduct and governance standards within the MD’s office.
- Support internal and external audits, meetings, and leadership reviews as required.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Professional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in Law (Advocate) or Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in leadership support, legal coordination, project coordination, or corporate office roles
- Exposure to manufacturing / pharma / infrastructure / corporate environments will be an advantage
- Includes visit to multiple plant location.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
