About the Role

As an Associate, Market Insights , you will play a critical role in connecting our clients with the most relevant industry experts worldwide. This is a fast-paced, client-driven role at the heart of our business, where speed, accuracy, and communication excellence are key to success.

You will work on multiple client projects simultaneously, sourcing and engaging experts, managing end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring an outstanding client experience . This role offers steep learning, clear performance goals, and strong career progression within the expert network industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of client needs, project objectives, and market context
• Identify and source relevant experts using LinkedIn, databases, and online research tools
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and messages to engage potential experts
• Manage scheduling and coordination of expert-client calls end-to-end
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and experts
• Work towards daily and monthly KPIs related to outreach, calls, and expert confirmations
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and data protection standards

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business/ Marketing or Finance
• 0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong phone presence and confidence in professional conversations
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
• Resilience, adaptability, and comfort working under pressure
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership
