Title: Marketing Communications Specialist for Al Software & Platform Group

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Specialist

to join our dynamic Al Software and Platform team. This is an exciting opportunity for a

recent graduate with a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field who is

eager to launch their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to support internal communication

initiatives, maintain team resources, and help drive engagement in Al enablement and

innovation programs. You'll leverage Al tools to optimize your work and drive efficiency,

while contributing to initiatives such as SharePoint site updates, hackathon programs, and

team communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update team SharePoint sites to ensure information is accurate, engaging,

· and accessible.

· Support the development and execution of Al enablement programs, including

content creation, event coordination, and communication.

· Contribute to the planning and implementation of hackathon programs, assisting

with logistics, promotion, and participant engagement.

· Utilize Al tools to enhance efficiency in various marketing and communication

tasks

· Track, analyze, and report on communication metrics to identify areas of improvement.

· Perform administrative tasks and provide general team support as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED or equivalent

· Minimum of 1 year of related experience related to the job description

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with marketing communications principles and best practices.

· Comfortable using Al tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience with SharePoint.
