Job Description

We’re looking for an Associate Marketing Manager for our sales enablement, social media, and product marketing initiatives end-to-end. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and strategic execution to boost brand visibility, engagement, and revenue impact.
If you have 1–2 years of marketing experience, love crafting narratives, have a good design sense, and are comfortable using AI tools for smarter, faster content creation — this is for you.



Key Responsibilities


  • Own sales enablement materials: Create, update, and optimize pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, and case studies that help the sales team win.
  • Drive product storytelling: Conceptualize, script, and coordinate the production of product explainer videos in collaboration with creative teams.
  • Lead social presence: Build and execute a LinkedIn strategy — from content planning and posting to engagement and performance reporting.
  • Maximize multi-channel content: Repurpose and adapt LinkedIn content for platforms like X, Instagram, and YouTube, maintaining message consistency.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with sales, product, and leadership to ensure cohesive narratives, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints.


Requirements


  • Experience: 2+ years in marketing or product marketing, with social media management exposure (B2B experience preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent written communication and storytelling; ability to convey product value with clarity and creativity.
  • Design sense: Working knowledge of tools like PowerPoint or Canva for visually compelling presentations.
  • Social savvy: Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn pages or profiles and analyzing performance data.
  • AI fluency: Comfort using AI tools and crafting effective prompts for ideation and content creation.
