Peet’s Coffee is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to support innovation within our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager of Innovation, this role will help identify new opportunities, develop product concepts, and work cross-functionally to bring innovations to life from concept through launch. As Peet’s continues to invest in innovation and explore new formats, this role will help shape what’s next for the brand.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious about emerging brands, energized by big thinking, and excited to turn consumer insights and trends into new product ideas.

Emeryville, CA – Hybrid, 3 days onsite

The target annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education, certifications or licenses, other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors, and the geographic location of the role. In addition to base pay, individuals in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
