Associate-Master Data Management (MDM)

About the role
  • To perform testing for structured data interface into EDI system for new vendors
  • Work closely with vendors to support on reasons for rejections and provide solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to enable invoice flow post EDI system
  • Perform task allocated by lead on analysis on data inflow, trend on volumetric and resolve issues
  • Identify vendors not on EDI and influence vendors to enable EDI platform with best service provider in market
  • Ensure seamless operations by adhering to policies and control compliance
  • Implement date to date key deliverable and meet critical metrics/SLAs
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all periodic and ad-hoc data
  • Learn and improve knowledge on the EDI message standards
  • Ensure master data in all systems is consistent, to facilitate ease in data remediation and integration initiatives
  • Handle all master data related requests/queries across business functions
  • Perform validation and entry of master data as defined in the standard operating procedures
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
  • Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
  • Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed metrics

You will need
  • Experience in working on ticketing tool ( preferred)
  • Proficiency in working on any ERP (Oracle system) is a plus
  • Experience in working on large data sets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with diversified teams
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
